To fix a cloudy pool please follow the steps below.

Why is it cloudy:
If pH is too high the pool can appear cloudy. That ois why you check and adjust pH first. If still cloudy then there are small particles in the water.
To get rid of the small particles:
First you check your pump and filter to make sure they are working properly, if they are then you need these small particles to stick together so that the filter can catch them and remove from your pool. A clarifier makes the small particles do this.
